FISD Implements Automated Notification Service
In an effort to enhance communication, FISD has implemented an automated notification service called SchoolMessenger. This service will alert parents, students and staff of absences, events, emergencies, and other important issues. For example, when your child is absent from school, you will receive a phone message notifying you of the absence. If a phone line is busy or goes unanswered, the system makes four more attempts every 15 to 20 minutes. |
